With an MBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management, Ajita also holds an engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra. She is working as Business Communication Outreach  Manager and Researcher at School of Life. She comes with several years of Corporate experience that helps her understand the latent needs of the Industry. She is involved involved in Training and Research and Development of Training programs on Child Sexual Abuse, Gender Sensitivity, and POSH.
