With the increasing inclusion of women in work environment, women now face another challenge in the form of sexual harassment. 70% women said they did not report sexual harassment by superiors because they feared the repercussions, according to a survey conducted by the Indian Bar Association in 2017 of 6,047 respondents. Considering these facts, school of life has developed various modules for prevention of sexual harassment at workplace. Our programs are tailored for growing and gender diverse organisations which emphasis on educating employees, managers and everyone else involved in the organisation. We focus our workshops on educating employees on how to report any such instances of harassment. And, also in helping the organisation in preventing harassment at workplace.
