Since formed School of life has been extensively working in the interest of children. Focusing on protection of children from any form of abuse, weather it be Child Sexual Abuse,  Emotional Abuse and Bullying. Protection of children’s rights and stopping any form of abuse incurred by children has been our main goal since the very first day of our operation and the foundation of all our programs. 

PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN 

Our programs focus on providing Adolescents and Pre-Adolescents with adequate information for a healthy and safe transition into adulthood. We work towards helping children in understanding sexuality and developing a healthy body image is the objective of our Programs.

We also conduct Anti-Bullying program which focus on equipping children with the right knowledge on how to protect themselves from bullying and how to help others facing bullying. 

With growing times and the blurring boundaries of Real and Virtual world we work extensively on Cyber-safety  also, providing the right ways to use the internet, the kind off challenges and problems one can encounter online, understanding the need to cap Online Gaming and so on. 

No other person in a child’s life plays a more vital role than parents. Parents are a role model all through the growing years of a child. A parent plays multiple roles in a child’s life He/She is a parent, an educator, a friend,  a philosopher and a guide. Keeping all this in mind, out team at School of Life have created modules to equip parents with one of the most crucial skill sets and knowledge that help them provide a safe and abuse free world for their child.

Our parent programs are for Parents of younger Children, Young Adults and Adolescents.  Parents need the right vocabulary and ideas to guide their children through the tumultuous teenage. They also need to be aware to ensure safety and sexual well being of their child, who is expose to a wholly of information and ideas in this ever changing digital age. Therefore, we understand and provide just the right age appropriate information to guide your child through growing up in a friendly manner. 

PROGRAMS FOR PARENTS

We conduct programs with parents to prepare them to understand and address sexuality-related concerns in their child’s development while ensuring their health and safety. Equipping parents with vital information to understand and help their children through their changing phases.

Our programs also help parents in identifying potential threats to their children like Child Sexual Abuse, Bullying and Cyber-threats and then enabling them to provide required  care. 

School of Life conducts customized workshops with teachers from all grades to provide them with scientifically grounded information not only sexuality and sexual abuse, but also about body image, growing up, Gender, Healthy Relationships and Growth and Puberty.

This helps them to develop skills to address issues and respond confidently to real-life situations. The programs are designed to enable participants to reflect on their own attitudes about sexuality, move towards a healthier understanding of the issues surrounding it and support their students in the journey towards adulthood. 

Support Staff/ Shop Floor/ Blue Collars

Its the people that are the pillars to growth and success of any organization. Any support staff/ contractor / shop floor worker, whether directly interacting with public or not, is a representative of the organization. Hence organization now a days do their bit by educating their employees about their duties and their rights related to Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse, Attitude, knowledge and awareness, anti-bullying etc . Rights of support staff with respect to Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace/ procedure of filing complaints at Internal Complaints committee/ Local Complaints committee.
